It is metallic blue on the outside, a middle layer of white which is unseen and then a black layer on the inside. These postal bags are glossy on the outside. The film has been specially treated during the manufacturing process to ensure the glue-strip sticks permanently and also ensures that stamps/sticky labels and document wallets stick onto your parcels.
