This tender Beef joint is the Gourmet of the Sunday roast. A supreme quality joint less fatty than Rib but often a more tender meal as it comes from the loin of beef. Some people believe it’s so called ” Sir-loin ” as King Henry VIII enjoyed the roast so much he knighted it. Each joint is roughly 1kg. If you order 2 we will send roughly 2kg, 3 then 3kg etc.
